    Hi there,

I’ve been looking for a good banana bread recipe for some time. Is it better to use normal or very ripe bananas for this dish?

I haven’t had banana bread in quite a while. My mom used to make it pretty regularly during the fall and winter when I was a kid. Seeing your recipe makes me hungry for it. I’ll have to try your recipe one of these weekends. Thanks.
