Thai Red-Curried Baked Salmon
Curry has been a staple in most Thai recipes and adding it to salmon gives you a wonderful dish that fast to cook. Just like any fish dish, it is important not to overcook salmon. This recipe is quite easy to prepare. As a matter of fact, you don’t have to be a culinary expert to do this because these salmon recipes are very easy to make.

4 Salmon steaks
Basil or fresh coriander
Spring onion
Chili
Ingredients for the salmon sauce:

Preparation
After cleaning up and setting the salmon steak aside, prepare the red curried sauce by putting all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender or food chopper. Add just enough coconut milk to it and reserve some for later. Blend it for several minutes to make a fragrant red curry sauce. Put about a quarter of the sauce in a casserole dish and place the salmon on top. Turn the fish over for several times before pouring in the rest of the sauce on top. Cover the dish with a lid or a foil and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees depending on the thickness of the fish. Once done, sprinkle the fish with a bit of spring onion, chopped basil or coriander and chili on top. The remaining sauce you have can be served as a dip.
Easy Grilled Salmon in Thai-Coconut Sauce

Preparation
Place all ingredients for the Thai Coconut sauce in a blender and mix well. After the ingredients come out pasty and fragrant, take half of the sauce and marinate the salmon pieces by turning it several times before keeping it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (preferably an hour or two). Reserve the remaining sauce for dipping. After the marinate is done, set up the grill and cook the salmon for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how thick the slices are. While grilling, take the remaining sauce and bring it to a boil then add the cornstarch mixture until sauce thickens. Serve hot.

Prepare the sauce first by putting all ingredients in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. The sauce will thicken after simmering it for 10 minutes. Take it out and cool it in a freezer for 5 minutes. Take out the sauce and use it to marinate the fish in a casserole turning the fish over the sauce several times. Keep the marinated fish in the ref for several hours, preferably a day.
When frying the fish, make sure that the oil is hot so that the fish won’t stick to the pan. Fry the fish on each side for at least 3 to 5 minutes. Serve the fish with the marinade as a dip.
