I am always on the search for good quick pizza! My kids love pizza like most kids and sometimes it can be hard to find frozen pizza that actually tastes good! Recently I tried Freschetta Flatbread pizza and I gotta say not to bad! Better than most I have tired. Previously I think a few years back I picked up a different Freschetta pizza, just a plain pepperoni and that was pretty good too. I tried the Zesty Italian style and I did like it. I wondered what the Roasted garlic and spinach was like?

Freschetta FlatBread is offering a $1.00 off coupon if you go online which is nice. Go to http://www.freschetta.com/thin-crust-pizzas/flatbread-pizza/default.aspx to get one!

Other flavors to try are the Pepperoni and 5-Cheese. Flatbread pizza is a little different and breaks up the boring same old pizza crust! Overall I would say very yummy and worth trying! If you are looking for good frozen pizza try Freschetta, I think you will be surprised by the taste. Also I have found that the sauce is very tasty in addition and is well seasoned. If you have not tried this brand, you should! Don’t forget to get your coupon!

I wound up dining at Noodles restaurant at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada last night and was impressed by most of the dishes that I ordered. The place is one of the few restaurants in a major Las Vegas casino that is very reasonably priced with most items under $20 which makes it a value right off the bat. The fact that the food is authentic, delicious and all served portions are large enough to share with two or more diners makes it an even better deal.

The Wor Wonton soup is clear and has a natural fish stock, one order comes with enough soup to serve six bowls and has a harmony of shrimp, scallops, pork, whitefish, shitake mushrooms and green onions. The flavor is very natural, without an overabundance of seasonings or salt it has a slight but pleasant fishy taste to the broth.

The pan seared pork and shrimp dumplings are very good though the sauce it comes to dip in I found to be unpleasant. The sauce itself tastes like a mix of soy sauce, vinegar and lemon and just offended my taste buds. Dipping the pan seared pork and shrimp dumplings in traditional soy sauce or eating plain without any sauce was just fine. One thing to note, the shrink do overpower the pork and the dumplings are good but you really can’t taste the pork in them.

The BBQ Pork fried rice is delicious and compliments any main dish and I recommend it as a side item if you don’t feel like traditional white rice.

The Orange Peel Beef was sweet but too spicy for my taste buds, I am very sensitive to spicy food and was unable to eat more than a bite of the Orange Peel Beef, it was delicious and most people would not be bothered by the slightly spicy flavor, but it was too much for my tastebuds.

So if you are looking for a place to eat at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and you feel like Chinese food or maybe just to eat without spending over $100 for two people, then Noodles is a great option. The have a vast menu and their Peking Duck salad looked good as well.

My husband and I try to set aside time to go on dates…after 11 years of marriage on two full time jobs and 2 small children it is tough to get away! I saw the preview for the movie called “Date Night”. It looks hysterical with Steve Carell and Tina Fey! I think they are both really funny too! Here is the trailer..it looks so good I might have to make time to go see this!

Movie opens April 9th, 2010!!!

Looks funny right????!@#$&

Its about a bored suburban couple played by Steve Carell and Tina Fey go on their weekly dinner date and find themselves thrown into a night of chaos: There’s breaking and entering, a car chase, a shootout and a showdown with an underworld boss at a strip club. Husband and wife come out of the adventure with some scratches and also with a reminder of why they adore each other! Sounds like something that would happen to me and hubby because we get strange things that happen all the time!

A full review was done in the New York Times if you want to read it : Review

My advice is take the time and go see the Date Night Movie you will be glad you did!

Recently I found another product that is for toning the abs called Crunchless Abs. It costs $9.99 and claims that you can get the flat abs you have been wanting in just 10 minutes a day. I am always skeptical when it comes products making claims like this.

Your abdominal area is made of 12 muscles that wrap around your entire core like a girdle. Research has shown that regular crunches only work 2 of these core muscles, leaving you wondering why you’re not getting the results you want. Using Crunchless Abs every core muscle is targeted so that your abs stay tight and flat.

This product was developed by exercise physiologist Linda LaRue, a registered Nurse and Athletic Trainer with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine.

Of course with any exercise routine, eating healthy and well is important too! This program comes with a monthly subscription including videos and some helpful work out materials.

For people that have back problems this could be something they can use without aggravating existing conditions.
