    Thank God for TURKEY!

You can’t leave out apple butter from your list of apple related items. I have many fond memories of my mom cooking up big batches of apple butter in the fall. And, while apple sauce is tasty, it can’t compete with the taste of caramelized apple sugars and cinnamon in a good homemade apple butter.

  3. That was very yummy turkey. Perfect food for Christmas. I hate chicken skins but just looking it. I liked to picked one. Hope to have that elegant dish in Christmas or even New Year. Thanks for posting it.

I never had the chance to have a Turkey..its not easily available where I stay. Was wondering, if I could use the same ingredients to make chicken – whole chicken.

@ Juanna..if Turkey is not available, you can use chicken, but you wouldn’t get the same taste. Stuffed chicken tastes good…look for stuffed chicken recipes, especially with herbs.you will love them.
