French Martini

* 1 1/2 oz Vodka
* 1 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur
* Ice

Pour into a mixing glass 1/2 full of ice. Stir with ice and strain into a glass.

Opal Cocktail

• 1 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 tbsp Orange Juice
• 1/4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
• Ice

Shake with ice and strain into a glass.

Rolls Royce

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/4 tsp Benedictine

Stir with ice. Strain into a glass.
