Recently due to health issues I have not shared on my blog I have been following a gluten free diet, which is a big change from the recipes that I am used to making being a french trained chef. It has been a challenge and a whole new way of doing things and learning from scratch.
People who suffer from IBD, Crohns, Celiacs, IBS, and UC are my heroes because it has been the most challenging time in my life.
