I wrote this haiku and can think of no better place than to host it than this fine culinary blog.  Here is a haiku about one of my favorite foods in the world, and one which I can’t live without.

Cheeses

Sharp against my tongue /
A soft creamy subtlety /
Great world of cheeses

   Mmmm cheese. I’m not a big cheese connoisseur, but I like a good provolone, mozzarella, & American cheese from time to time. The more I see haikus the more I really enjoy them.
