This is a great cocktail, so if you in a restaurant ask your server to punch this into her POS systems and order you one!
Louisiana Jam Cocktail
35ml or 2 oz Southern Comfort
20ml or 1 oz Lemon Juice
20ml or 1 oz Apple Juice
2 Barspoons of Apricot Jam
8 Mint Leaves
15ml or ½ oz Sugar Syru…p
Place mint leaves into the jam jar and gently muddle with the end of a wooden spoon. Place remaining ingredients into the jam jar. Fill halfway with ice, put lid on jar and shake. Top with ice and enjoy.
