Slow Cooked Szechuan Beef, Scallop and Peppers

Ingredients:
1/4 Pound small scallops
1/2 pound think sliced beef
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup sliced Portabello mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup light soy sauce

Directions:
In slow cooker add all the ingredients. cook on medium heat for about 3-4 hours. serve over rice.
