Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken thighs
5 onions, chopped
5 large green bell peppers, chopped 1 (8 ounce) jar chili sauce
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup ketchup
Directions:
1 Place chicken in a slow cooker full of boiling salted
water and boil until the chicken meat turns white. Add the
peppers and onions. Cover pot and let simmer until peppers and
onions get a little tender, about 10 minutes. Add tomato
sauce, chili sauce and ketchup. Stir together, cover and let
cook and cook and cook, about 6 hours, over low heat.
