So last night I made steaks on the grill. I guess its kinda cruel to those of you suffering in the bitter cold, but anyhow these are my steaks!
I also made my own version of my dads recipe for potatoes and onions.

Potatoes & Onions
5 russet potatoes, washed and skin left on
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp seafood seasoning (old Bay)
1 small red onion, sliced into thin rings-separate
4 slices bacon, crumbled
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp rosemary
Directions:
On a baking sheet, line with parchment paper. Next slice the potatoes into think slices 1/4 thick. Then add the sliced onion rings. Add oil and toss well. Next add all the spices and bake at 400F for 25-35 min or until the potatoes are light brown and tender.

You recipe for potatos and onions looks like it would go well with any grilled meats. I’m a fan of strip steak, but a nice rib eye works just as well.
