Ingredients:
4 large sweet potatoes, peeled & diced
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 tbsp cinnamon
1tbsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 stick butter
1 tsp rum
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup milk
TOPPING:
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 stick butter-cold

Instructions:
In a bowl add oats, sugar, and flour. Using a fork mash the butter into the oat four mixture, until mixture becomes crumbly. Spread over top of the casserole.

Boil sweet potatoes until soft. (fork tender)–drain

Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, using a potato masher, mash up sweet potatoes and add all of above ingredients. Stir well. Place mixture into baking dish and top with prepared topping. Bake at 400F for about 35 min in middle of oven.
